What Orbi users say
“It did make me really think about how I was feeling. I really liked the way that it made me think about, is this a thought? Is this thought linked to your mood? Because sometimes you think you’re doing okay and then you realise actually you’re not.”
“The Orbi app is a game changer. We’ve never had anything like this at all. I was using it every day, and I loved the meditations and the stories because I could actually relate to them and try the strategies myself — and they worked.”
10 minutes a week. 12 weeks. Real tools for real life.

Built on research, not guesswork
Orbi is based on rigorous research at King’s College London into the emotional side of living with a long-term condition.

Professor Rona Moss-Morris
Professor of Psychology as Applied to Medicine, King’s College London
Professor Moss-Morris is an internationally recognised leader in health psychology whose research has transformed our understanding of how people adapt to long-term conditions. Her work has informed psychological interventions used internationally, including COMPASS.

Dr. Joanna Hudson
Research Associate, King’s College London
Dr. Joanna Hudson develops, tests and implements digital psychological therapies for people experiencing anxiety and depression alongside physical long-term conditions. She is passionate about translating research into routine clinical care and evaluating how evidence-based interventions can improve everyday support for people living with long-term conditions.
Orbi adapts approaches tested in the COMPASS Programme.
